enlightenment

Enlightened leadership primarily expresses a long-term commitment to the consistent expression of clear definitions.

Such leadership conveys true nobility of purpose in the service of the greater good.  It does so through the provision of peaceful, highly reasonable guidance.

Apparently you are seeking such guidance.  You are therefore quite likely to have already sought to gain a reputation as an enlightened leader and have not yet been taken seriously to a standard you regard as satisfactory.

How do you usually define seriousness in relation to leadership, enlightenment and guidance?

How have you attempted to convey true nobility of purpose?
